Contract Duration: 14 months

Pay: T4 $45.50 / IC: $52

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a financial services or wealth management context.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup-like culture.

PREFERRED

• Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
