As part of W Hotels brand, we are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Manager who will elevate the hotel's market presence, strengthen brand awareness, and drive commercial performance through innovative marketing strategies aligned with Marriott International standards.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the annual marketing and communication strategy for W Florence, ensuring alignment with brand standards while driving awareness, engagement, and revenue generation across all market segments.
This role will oversee integrated marketing campaigns, digital presence, public relations initiatives, partnerships, content creation, and local activations that reinforce W Florence as a leading luxury lifestyle destination in Florence and beyond.
The successful candidate will be highly creative, commercially minded, and experienced in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands, with a strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and digital marketing trends.
