We spoke with our Head of Marketing(Who you will report to)and she let us know the following about thetūranga(role): 

This is a permanent,full-timeopportunity based in Auckland. This is a hybrid position with three days in the office and two days where you can work flexibly.

Whataretheday to daytasks the person in this role will complete?

  • Understanding the behaviours, journeys and channels of key audiences to design, develop & deliver marketing communicationsprogrammes 
  • Managingprogrammes of workacrosspaidanddirectchannels, working closely with agency partnersfrom briefing and planning through to go-live and optimisation
  • Working as part of ahigh performanceteam, leaning into creativity and challenges - proactivelyidentifyingopportunities and experimentation
  • Developstrong and trusted relationships with stakeholders to turn business priorities into clear marketing plans, messaging and customer-facing activity
  • Social and content initiativesdemonstratingan understanding of key audiences and designing and delivering communications for engagement
  • Utilising data,measurementand the optimisation of activity for continuous improvement and strengthen ROMI results

You will also have: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in Marketing and Communications. 

  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively as part of team and autonomously. 

  • Proven project and campaign management experience, specifically in the project delivery and stakeholder management of campaign initiatives to market. 

  • Experience working with external creative, media, and event agencies and suppliers to deliver integrated and effective marketing communications. 

  • Experience in financial services / fintech preferable.
