Job Description

abra is seeking a Marketing Manager.

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing activities across social media, digital channels, events, and brand initiatives.

This role requires strong digital marketing expertise, high creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with management, sales teams, marketing colleagues, and additional internal stakeholders.

A full-time position, based in Rannana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the social media strategy to strengthen the brand, increase engagement, and ensure consistent brand visibility and messaging.

• Manage social media campaigns, including market research, messaging, copywriting, content planning, and Canva design.

• Manage the company website and social media channels.

• Lead and produce professional conferences, sponsorships, webinars, and roundtables.

• Build annual and quarterly marketing plans and execute them, including measurement, analysis, and performance optimization with a focus on ROI.

• Plan and manage the marketing budget.

• Lead GEO and SEO activities to improve organic visibility in search engines.

• Manage external service providers.

• Manage a team of 2 to 3 marketing and SDR students, including task allocation, follow-up, and performance tracking.

• Provide marketing services to multiple abra business units and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

3-5 years of significant experience in digital marketing.

• Experience in social media strategy, content creation, campaign management, and brand visibility.

• Experience managing websites and social media channels.

• Experience leading marketing events, webinars, sponsorships, or professional roundtables.

• Experience building marketing plans, measuring performance, analyzing data, and optimizing activities.

• Experience working with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

• High level of creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a strong team-player mindset.

• High level of independence, ownership, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Hebrew at mother-tongue level and very good English.

• Experience working with Salesforce.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work.

• Experience with Marketing Automation platforms and customer journey management - advantage.

• PPC knowledge - advantage.

• Background in Professional Services companies in the IT field - advantage.
