Job Description

To lead the strategic development and national execution of results-oriented marketing initiatives that accelerate the sales cycle and deepen market penetration for Randstad Professional Talent Solutions.

This role serves as the main strategic marketing partner to sales leadership, leveraging high-impact demand generation, multi-channel campaign excellence, and agile operational frameworks to maximize brand visibility and client acquisition across specialized professional verticals including Finance and Accounting, Sales, Legal, HR, and Life Sciences.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop demand generation and field marketing strategies that support pipeline growth and deliver high-quality leads.
  • Leverage insights and analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing spend, and ensure alignment with business growth objectives.
  • Support the development of global and national campaigns and execute US focused complex, multi-channel marketing plans, including ABM, digital, events, and content marketing, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and regional market demands.
  • Ensure all campaigns are data-driven, optimized for performance, and contribute to measurable outcomes such as lead generation, customer acquisition, job seeker acquisition, and client retention.
  • Foster a close partnership with the sales organization. Provide sales teams with marketing collateral, sales presentations, and training materials to enhance client engagement and drive sales cycle acceleration.
  • Serve as a marketing expert, providing strategic guidance and real-time marketing insights that empower sales teams to deepen client relationships, enhance engagement, and close deals faster. Ensure the seamless integration of marketing strategies into the sales process.
  • Plan and execute high-impact client events, workshops, and roundtables that foster engagement with key clients and prospects.
  • Ensure events are thoughtfully designed to align with regional market needs and overall marketing and sales strategies, offering guidance to ensure successful implementation.

What you need to bring:

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or Advertising
  • 8 years Marketing experience in field marketing, demand generation, recruitment marketing, or B2B marketing
  • Developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, including ABM, digital marketing, and event-based strategies
  • Proven success in aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives to achieve measurable business outcomes and drive revenue
  • Experience leveraging insights and analytics to optimize campaigns and deliver ROI
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
  • Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, including ABM, digital marketing, and event-based strategies.
  • Proven success in aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives to achieve measurable business outcomes and drive revenue.
  • A strategic, data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage insights and analytics to optimize campaigns and deliver ROI.
  • Previous experience in Staffing or Finance and Accounting preferred.
