• 
  Develop and execute marketing strategy for Western and Zenith, aligned with growth targets and expansion plans.
• 
  Conduct market research and analysis to define target audiences, broker bases (PGS and non-PSG), and identify product opportunities.
• 
  Identify and optimize marketing channels to reach target markets effectively.
• 
  Manage annual marketing budgets in line with business priorities and regional expansion goals.
• 
  Plan and oversee events and sponsorships in collaboration with the Distribution team to maximize impact and ROI.
• 
  Lead digital and social media strategies to drive engagement and support growth objectives.
• 
  Expand PR and media presence through thought leadership, interviews, and targeted coverage.
• 
  Review and refresh advertising campaigns to ensure relevance and effectiveness

Requirements

• 
  Completed degree in Marketing.
• 
  A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
• 
  Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing metrics systems.
