Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and mission-driven Marketing Manager to manage and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and lead generation for Warriors Heart. This role supports business development, public relations, digital marketing efforts, and agency partnerships while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and mission. The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in strengthening Warriors Heart’s presence within the behavioral health and addiction recovery space through patient-centered messaging, data-driven strategy, and authentic brand storytelling. This position requires a collaborative marketing professional who can effectively balance strategy and execution while fostering strong internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and admissions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to support marketing initiatives
  • Support the tracking and monitoring of measurable KPIs aligned with organizational growth goals
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies using data-driven insights

Digital Marketing & Brand Management

  • Oversee SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, website management, and digital advertising
  • Strengthen and maintain Warriors Heart’s brand voice, messaging, and market positioning
  • Ensure compassionate, patient-centered communication across all marketing channels
  • Support PR efforts, media relations, and public communications

Relationship Building & Collaboration

  • Partner with business development teams to strengthen referral networks and community partnerships
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations
  • Participate in leadership meetings, trainings, and organizational initiatives
  • Contribute to a collaborative, accountable, and mission-aligned team culture

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on marketing performance, lead generation, and ROI
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for leadership visibility and strategic planning

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, addiction treatment, or military/veteran-focused organizations
  • Proven success with digital marketing, lead generation, and brand strategy
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, content strategy, and social media management
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • Experience collaborating with teams and managing agency/vendor partnerships
  • Proficiency with reporting tools, presentations, and marketing platforms
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Ability to pass background and drug/alcohol screening
