The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. This role requires a creative, data-driven professional with a deep understanding of the hospitality and F&B industry.
Reporting to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Marketing Strategy Development:
o Create and implement marketing strategies to build Barbossas brand presence on Yas Island.
o Collaborate with the General Manager to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media:
o Manage social media channels, creating engaging content to attract and retain customers.
o Oversee digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic to the restaurant and increase online visibility.
3. Promotions and Events:
o Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and partnerships with local influencers and businesses.
o Develop customer loyalty programs to increase repeat visits.
4. Market Analysis and Competitor Insights:
o Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
o Track and measure campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
5. Brand Management:
o Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
o Enhance customer experience through creative campaigns that align with Barbossa's identity.
Pre-requisites
o Bachelors degree or masters degree in marketing, business administration.
o 7+ years marketing or agency experience running successful insight led marketing campaigns
o Valid UAE License Preferred
o Proficient with computers and Advanced programs (Microsoft Office, email)
