Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as a Marketing Manager in Croatia, with locations in Živogošće, Zagreb or Dubrovnik. You will be responsible for leading marketing and communication activities, developing brand visibility, managing PR and digital marketing initiatives, and supporting the overall business strategy through effective communication and promotional campaigns.

ABOUT THE JOB
• Leads the department and organises the daily work of the team, including coordination of activities, priority setting and monitoring goal achievement
• Participates in strategic business planning as well as department budget preparation and monitoring
• Manages public relations activities and coordinates PR initiatives to strengthen company reputation and brand visibility
• Develops and implements brand marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives and brand identity
• Manages digital marketing activities and website content, including maintenance and development of the official company website
• Plans, coordinates and analyses advertising campaigns across online and offline channels to increase visibility, sales and audience engagement
• Cooperates with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent communication and brand positioning
• Monitors market trends and identifies opportunities for further development and promotion
ABOUT YOU
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, economics or a related field (VŠS / VSS)
• Minimum of three years’ experience in marketing, communications, PR or a similar role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding and campaign management
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools/platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Creative, proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
• Valid B category driving licence
