The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Jacksonville office.
This role is a key contributor to PRIME AE’s business development efforts, supporting the preparation and delivery of high-quality proposals, statements of interest (SOIs), interview presentations, and marketing materials. You will work closely with technical staff, project managers, business line leaders, and executive leadership to help position the firm for success across strategic pursuits.
While this role includes management responsibilities for a small marketing support team, the primary focus remains hands-on proposal coordination, content development, and pursuit support within a fast-paced AEC environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sr. Marketing Coordinator or proposal professional, looking to take the next step into a people leadership role while continuing to stay actively involved in proposal strategy and production.
As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee the proposal development process from kickoff through submission while providing day-to-day guidance and coordination for marketing support staff. You will ensure deliverables are accurate, compliant, visually compelling, and aligned with company branding and messaging standards.
