Envista is seeking a strategic and execution‑oriented Marketing Manager to drive sustainable growth in Indonesia through integrated marketing and channel management strategies.
In this role, you will develop and execute go‑to‑market and channel strategies that strengthen market penetration, optimize distribution effectiveness, and build brand preference across priority customer segments. Working closely with sales, distributors, key customers, universities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), you will translate market insights into targeted programs, promotions, and campaigns that support revenue and profitability objectives.
You will lead local marketing initiatives aligned with global portfolio and brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, demand‑generation activities, and trade show execution. This role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration with global business units, product management, finance, customer service, and technical teams to address product gaps and ensure effective local execution. You will also represent Envista at industry events and associations, ensuring a strong and consistent market presence.
Reporting to the Coutnry Manager, Indonesia, success in this role will be measured by marketing and channel performance, market impact, contribution to revenue and margin goals, and the disciplined application of the Envista Business System (EBS) to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
We are seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional with a minimum of eight years of commercial experience, including at least three years in a US or European multinational organization. The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Science, or a related field, and brings direct experience in dental or medical equipment and professional consumables.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with fluency in the local language. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and involves extensive in-country travel (50%–70%), so a valid driver’s license and personal transport are necessary.
A well-established network within the Indonesian healthcare industry—particularly with Key Opinion Leaders, specialist doctors, and hospital administrators—is highly preferred. The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record in strategic account management, value-based selling, and profitable growth, with high technical aptitude and strong integrity. The ability to analyze market dynamics and develop winning strategies is critical to success in this role.
