You will be joining at an exciting time as weseekto continue to lead the future of our category. The role has full P&L responsibility, with total RSV of significant scale and the #1 share position in the category. The portfolio is made up of over 100skus, full of iconic family rituals and brands.
The Role:

As leader of this iconic business, your rolewill be truly end to end, driving strategic planning through to business delivery in a fast-paced environment. Essential to this is the ability toseta compelling vision, translate local consumer & customer insights into powerful business advantages and foster strong cross-functional relationships. You will be fully accountable for category expanding innovation and resetting theportfoliosprofitability challenges. Also, equity & communications where you willbe responsible fora C.£10M, with room to grow our investment further as we continue to build seasons and rituals in the business.
Organisation People Management
You will alsobe requiredto lead,engage& developyour direct team – to drive marketing excellence and business performance. This involves managing a small team and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the strategic direction to accelerate portfolio growth in alignment with our 2030objectives
Managea very complexbusiness to ensure its continuedsuccessincluding developing future innovation & PPA plans with your team that will ensure pacey bottom- and top-line acceleration.
Lead the cross-agency team to continue to build on our award winning ATL plans.
