Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies for Brazil, ensuring strong alignment with global brand positioning while driving local relevance and growth. In this role, you will work closely with our strategic partner to deliver impactful marketing plans, strengthen brand equity, and drive business performance across the market.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define the 3-year brand strategy for Brazil, ensuring relevance and sustainable growth in the local market.
  • Identify, define and lead the development of the innovation pipeline based on market needs and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute brand communication and activation plans to drive brand equity and growth.
  • Track brand and business performance, identifying opportunities across regions and channels, and adjusting the marketing mix accordingly.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of marketing plans, product launches, and promotional activities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within FMCG companies.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand management, communication (with a focus on digital), and consumer behavior.
  • Experience in innovation pipeline development.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Leadership and influencing skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical mindset and business acumen.
