Job Shift: DayThe Marketing Manager serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving the company’s marketing initiatives, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting revenue growth. This role combines expertise in digital marketing, brand management, CRM oversight, and event execution with a strong focus on
aligning marketing strategy to overall business objectives. The Marketing Manager partners closely with sales, executive leadership, and the creative team to ensure marketing contributes directly to pipeline development, customer engagement, and long-term company growth. In addition to managing
day-to-day campaigns, the role oversees high-profile corporate events and industry trade shows, ensuring the company maintains a strong presence in key markets. This position requires a balance of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration, making it a critical driver of
both immediate results and future expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales and revenue goals.
- Oversee digital marketing (website, SEO, email, paid media, social) with clear KPIs and measurable ROI.
- Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all internal and external communications, including collateral, press, and corporate announcements.
- Coordinate closely with the creative team to translate strategy into compelling assets, own creative briefs, prioritize work, manage timelines, and ensure quality control and on-brand execution.
- Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships, maximizing visibility, engagement, and return on investment.
- Serve as the source of truth for the CRM, owning data accuracy, pipeline visibility, reporting, and cross-department alignment. Ensure CRM processes and workflows are maintained to provide reliable insights for leadership and sales teams.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, product, and operations to align marketing programs with strategic objectives and growth initiatives.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships (including creative partners), negotiate contracts, and oversee marketing budgets with accountability for cost effectiveness.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign, event, and CRM performance; deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify emerging opportunities in markets, channels, and technology to position the company ahead of competitors.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 5–8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with a track record of driving measurable results
- Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, paid media, social) with a data-driven approach to KPIs and ROI
- Proven ability to align marketing strategy with business objectives and support pipeline growth in partnership with sales and leadership
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), including reporting, data integrity, and workflow management
- Demonstrated success in brand management, creative development, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience planning and executing corporate events, trade shows, and industry conferences
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and vendor/budget management skills
