This position is responsible for execution of established strategies, design, production, distribution, and tracking of marketing and communications programs for Asia marketing. This role also ensures that traditional and digital communications meet the business unit and corporate strategic requirements. Conceives and develops innovative marketing programs and sales collateral that drive thought leadership and product demand. Possesses the ability to identify and understand key customer challenges, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Serve as point of contact for content at priority events in Asia.
Customer Visits: Arranging and coordinating visits for customers
Internal Sales Trainings: Organizing training sessions for the Vertiv Asia sales team
Photo & Video of Projects: Managing the organization of photo and video documentation for various projects.
Cooperation with Universities: Collaborating with universities on different initiatives.
Student & Professor Visits to Factory: Organizing visits for students and professors to the factory.
Events in Factory Based on Projects: Planning and organizing events at the factory related to specific projects.
Masterclass Event/ Organizing Event for consultants with factory visit
Organizing workshops
Organizing Events
Participate in creation of marketing materials for InfraSol.
Participate in creating marketing materials related to projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce effective promotional materials.
Participate in the development of the sales tools and collateral that supports the selling process.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
Other Responsibilities Include:
Coordinating with and managing agency partners
Creating marketing presentations
Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines
INTERACTIONS:
This position has significant contact and interaction with product management for subject matter expertise and with marketing services staff to ensure all strategies meet corporate standards and objectives. The position maintains a close collaborative relationship with InfraSols Engineering, and InfraSols SA team. Semi-frequent interaction with external vendors is required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required.)
Knowledge of working with web platforms, network administrators and other content developers
Experience with the following applications:
Windows (XP, 2000, 95/98, NT)
MAC OS
Microsoft Office
Adobe Acrobat Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Online Project Management Software
Other graphic and web developing applications as required
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (The minimum education, certification, special training and years of experience required to do a satisfactory job.)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Project management focused and detail oriented

Keeping internal associates, the team sales force, solutions partners, and other key external audiences informed through digital communications of major corporate marketing initiatives, new promotional programs and other crucial information that directly affects team ability to create and sell quality products and services to it’s customers, partners, and all other affiliates
