The Opportunity

Morgans is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to play a key role in delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, drive lead generation and engage clients across Australia’s most respected full-service wealth management network. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and close collaboration across the business. You will work within a highly regulated financial services environment, partnering with internal stakeholders, branches and external agencies to deliver compliant, high-quality marketing initiatives that support business growth and client engagement.

What you will be doing

• Translate business and marketing strategy into integrated campaigns and marketing plans
• Lead end-to-end campaign delivery, from briefing through to execution, optimisation and reporting
• Coordinate internal teams, branches and external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives
• Ensure brand consistency, quality and regulatory compliance across all marketing activity
• Measure and report on performance, providing insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with digital and content team members on CRM, marketing automation, content and social media
• Support the Head of Marketing with agency relationships, budgets and performance reporting

What you will bring

• Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns in a corporate or regulated environment
• Strong understanding of digital channels, campaign management and performance analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
• Experience working with marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Webflow, SEMrush, ActiveCampaign, Canva or similar.
• Confident communicator with strong storytelling, copywriting and stakeholder engagement skills
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to balance creativity, data and compliance
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline
