Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for turning strategy into reality, owning the rollout of campaigns, activations, and growth initiatives across Brazil.
You are not only expected to plan, but to make things happen fast, on the ground, and with high quality, ensuring that global and regional strategies are effectively translated into impactful local execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign & Activation Execution
- Own the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, from briefing to kick-off;
- Lead the rollout of 360° campaigns locally, ensuring all assets, timelines, and channels are properly deployed;
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all campaign touchpoints.
2. Local Activations & Field Execution
- Plan and execute on-the-ground activations in key cities, ensuring strong brand presence and user engagement;
- Coordinate logistics, partners, and timelines for city-level initiatives and launches;
- Be present in the field when needed to ensure flawless execution and real-time problem solving;
- Identify opportunities for high-impact, locally relevant activations that go beyond traditional channels.
3. Content & Localization
- Adapt and produce locally relevant content, ensuring cultural fit and high engagement;
- Work closely with agencies and stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaign and social assets;
- Go beyond global assets, proactively identifying opportunities for Brazil-first content.
4. Performance Monitoring & Insights
- Track and analyze performance metrics:
- Active passengers
- New passengers (paid and organic)
- Orders and Rides
- Retention rate (1st and 4th trip, 3 months, 6 months)
- Optimize initiatives based on data and insights;
- Drive a strong test-and-learn culture.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Driver Operations and Marketing, Product, CX and Growth teams to execute end-to-end Marketing projects;
- Ensure marketing execution is aligned with business priorities and city-level needs;
- Act as the main marketing POC for execution across internal stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong experience in Growth / Performance / Digital Marketing (5+ years), preferably in fast-paced or marketplace environments, but you’re never convinced you know everything.
- Proven ability to build and execute end-to-end marketing strategies.
- Solid analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision making and performance tracking.
- Proactive and Independent.
- Skilled in working with diverse teams across cultures.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM tools, attribution tools).
- Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1) for cross-regional collaboration.
