What you will do:
- Lead and mentor marketing, eCommerce, and design teams
- Develop and execute full marketing strategies across multiple brands
- Drive digital campaigns including paid media, email, and SEO
- Manage budgets and optimize marketing performance
- Oversee product launches and major campaigns
- Analyze data and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
