Job Title: Head of Operations
Location: Presidio, San Francisco (Onsite, Monday–Friday)

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 base salary, full benefits

About the Role
This full-time, onsite role is highly cross-functional, supporting everything from office logistics and R tasks to vendor coordination and special projects. Ideal for a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces a no-task-too-small mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-office logistics, supplies, and maintenance
• Support HR administration: onboarding, payroll coordination, and records
• Handle scheduling, travel, internal communications, and event planning
• Liaise with vendors, legal counsel, and service providers
• Assist leadership with ad hoc projects and team needs
