Job Description

Looking for Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategy, lead marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to the marketing plan.
Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads.
Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings.
Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies.
Track the performance of all marketing campaigns.
Development and implementation of the marketing strategy.
Using data and insights to define the strategy.
Working cross functional with various departments to ensure key objectives are achieved.
Using the full marketing mix to ensure brand growth.
Managing and building relationships with external vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in marketing or Business-related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of impactful experience in a digital/traditional marketing managerial capacity, preferably within the FMGC and/or retail industry.
Proven track record of achieving brand growth and driving business profitability.
A result-oriented professional with an understanding of business and financial considerations.
Dynamic, self-motivated, and hands-on approach to leadership.
Strong creative thinking coupled with excellent analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
