Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive - Financial Services / Wealth Management

6-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid (Bath-Based)

The Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead a range of B2B marketing campaigns and client communication projects. This role will involve working cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing strategies that support client acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business growth.
• Manage a program of client communications, including newsletters, literature updates, and product messaging.
• Write and edit clear, engaging content, translating complex financial information into client-friendly language.
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders across operations, client services, and product teams.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with financial regulations and brand guidelines.
• Support the business with RFP/DDQ requests and other marketing deliverables as required.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager preferably in financial services, investment, or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, retargeting, HubSpot, CMS platforms).
• Experience delivering lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement campaigns.
• Familiarity with financial promotion compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent copywriting, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
