What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, digital marketing, communications, event management, real estate or a related field.
Proven experience in leading marketing strategies, preferably in real estate and property sector in Cambodia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams effectively.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of market trends, customer insights, and strategic marketing methodologies.
Creative and independent thinks, capable of leading marketing strategies in fast-pased environment.
Other Key Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the real estate industry, and preferably in your 30s.
Hands-on, results-driven professional with a strategic mindset.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and working across different teams.
High proficiency in English and Khmer. Chinese language is an added advantage
