JOB PURPOSE

We
are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing
operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision based
on company’s objectives. You will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic
marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards great
success.

You
must be passionate towards your profession and have great knowledge for all
things marketing. You must have a practical mindset with a creative business
acumen and the ability to lead people through complex marketing operations.

The
goal is to ensure the company’s marketing efforts are successful in helping it
outperform competition as well as achieving company’s goal in the shortest
timemanner throughout Malaysia,
Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and China concurrently.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY
RESULT AREA

· Define new marketing strategies to support the
company’s overall strategies and objectives

· Reshaping the current marketing team

· Analyse company's marketing strategy and suggest
improvements

· Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy

· Contribute to the overall growth of the company

· Review and manage marketing strategy

· Determine KPIs for marketing department

· Keep the marketing budget in check

· Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports

· Work with operation development and customer service
teams

· Use data and reports to make evidence-based
decisions

· Stay up to date with the latest technology

· Stay up to date with the latest best practices

· Design, plan and execute effective marketing
campaigns

· Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department
and oversee its day-to-day implementation

· Plan and organize marketing functions and operations
(product development, branding, sponsorship, press conference, website
promotion etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”

· Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and
other marketing efforts across channels (digitally or traditionally)

· Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals

· Create a solid network of strategic partnerships

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCES

· 5
years’ experience in marketing

· Background
on eSports & online casino

· Being
customer-centric

· Hands
on experience with Facebook, IG etc and many more online social media marketing
tools

· Hands
on experience with Whatsapp, Wechat, Telegram etc and many more messenger
blasting tools

· In-depth
knowledge on CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot,
WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.

· In-depth
knowledge of big data analysis

· Regularly
produce and present reports

· Excellent
organizational and time management skills

· Proven
experience as Marketing Manager or similar role

· Demonstrable
experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing
aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)

· A
leader with both creative and analytical capabilities

· Outstanding
communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities

· Excellent
presentation skills

· BSc/BA
in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field; MSc/MA
will be a plus
