An exciting opportunity has opened to join us as a Marketing Manager – Group Insurance on a 12‑month contract.

Reporting to the Chapter Lead B2B Marketing, this exciting role puts you at the forefront of one of our largest superannuation partnerships. You’ll bring your technical expertise to shape bold strategy, drive an ambitious roadmap, and build a powerful, thriving partnership. From day one, you’ll deliver measurable impact through sharp plan and strong partner outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic partnership marketing, act as the day‑to‑day marketing lead for fund partners and work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for the segment and partnership.
• Deliver growth, retention and brand campaigns with key partners.
• Deliver uplift of the member experience, key touch points and identify growth opportunities.
• End to end management of campaigns, communications and collateral tracking marketing metrics, measuring ROI.
• Use insights and data to look at creative ways to engage our partners.
• Ensuring communication protects and enhance Zurich/partners assets and touchpoints that always comply with brand guidelines and ToV
• Ensure consistency of tone and voice within the market for Zurich and partner brands and utilise the Marketing Chapter tools, to ensure consistency in the take to market.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

• Superannuation industry experience (essential)
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• A strong digital mindset when building initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in marketing strategy and annual planning
• Segmentation and audience definition expertise
• TTM / campaign development capability
• Content creation experience (particularly across insurance advice and education)
• Digital engagement and channel management skills
• Social media targeting and amplification experience
• Strength in research, tracking, data analytics and insights
• Budget management and forecasting capability
