About the team and the role:

We are seeking a dedicated CRM Marketing Manager to shape and implement customer-focused experiences in support of eBay's strategic growth areas. The candidate will drive launches across eBay’s owned marketing channels (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, onsite, etc.) and eBay’s global markets.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement and track the performance of recurring, trigger-based & strategic marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing team, takes ownership, and can effectively analyze and interpret key metrics.

What you will accomplish:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement

    • Plan, build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, onsite, etc.)

    • Design and implement customer segmentation and targeting strategies

    • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to drive continuous improvement

  • Partner with global cross-functional teams: Creative, Analytics, Operations, Product Marketing, Business Units, Product, Legal

  • Manage timelines and stakeholders to ensure seamless, on-time execution

  • Drive a test-and-learn environment through testing and continuous optimization

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within CRM and owned channels (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, onsite etc.)

  • Proven success in executing owned channel experiences, with consistent messaging and timely delivery.

  • Ability to develop and streamline an always-on campaign optimization plan (e.g. customer journeys, segmentation, messaging)

  • Establish and deliver strategies that cover the entire CRM customer lifecycle journey (e.g. onboarding, growing, retaining)

  • Apply performance analytics to generate insights, build reports, and inform a broader strategy

  • Works well independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with team members

  • Strong oral and written communication skills - comfortable presenting to groups

  • Strong personal work ethic, including personal initiative and ownership

  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and balance priorities

  • Customer-centric and hands-on individual, with demonstrated ability to manage performance against established KPIs

  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, matrixed environments, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, rapidly evolving, and highly competitive industry

  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels, functions and geographies

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

C$85,600 - C$114,300

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
