About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic B2B Marketing Manager to drive growth and brand awareness for our legal tech solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping our go-to-market strategy, building strong relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and industry stakeholders, and positioning our organisation as a leader in the legal technology space.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to refine messaging and campaigns.
Campaign Management
Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content, email, social) to generate leads and nurture prospects.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals.
Content & Thought Leadership
Create compelling content (whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars) that highlights our expertise in legal tech.
Position the organisation as a thought leader through industry events, speaking opportunities, and partnerships.
Digital Marketing
Manage SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns to increase visibility and inbound leads.
Oversee website performance, analytics, and optimization for lead generation.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with law firms, corporate legal teams, and industry associations.
Support client retention and upsell initiatives through targeted marketing programs.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or professional services.
Strong understanding of the legal industry or professional services sector is highly desirable.
Proven track record in lead generation, campaign management, and digital marketing.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
