We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brand storytelling, drive multi-channel growth, and build strong community connections. This role goes beyond strategy—you will be actively involved in execution across events, activations, product launches, and digital campaigns
You will play a key role in shaping the brand during a critical rebranding and expansion phase, helping position it as a culture-led, lifestyle-driven consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Growth Strategy
- Define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, offline, and experiential channels
- Build and maintain a consistent and distinctive brand voice and visual identity
- Leverage analytics and consumer insights to drive data-informed growth decisions
Events, Pop-Ups & Brand Activations
- Conceptualize and execute brand activations, pop-ups, tasting experiences, and product launches
- Manage end-to-end event execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground delivery.
- Develop impactful experiential campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement
College & Community Marketing
- Plan and manage college fest sponsorships and campus marketing initiatives
- Build and scale campus ambassador programs across Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges in India.
- Drive grassroots strategies to strengthen Gen Z community engagement
Content & Social Media
- Own the content strategy and social media growth roadmap.
- Manage influencer collaborations and creator partnerships
- Work closely with creative teams to deliver engaging and high-impact content.
Team & Agency Management
- Lead and manage internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies.
- Ensure alignment across brand, creative, and performance marketing initiatives
- Maintain efficiency through structured project management processes and tools.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or independent contributor role.
- Proven experience in executing events, brand activations, or experiential campaigns
- Experience in campus marketing or youth-focused initiatives, with strong understanding of Gen Z audiences.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and marketing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to create impactful campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Strong skills in writing creative briefs and reviewing marketing deliverables.

- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Mixpanel
- Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, XD
- CRM & Email: HubSpot, Mailchimp / Klaviyo
- Design & Content: Canva, Figma (basic), CapCut
- SEO: Ahrefs / SEMrush, Google Search Console
- Project Management: Notion, Trello, or Asana
Nice to Have
- Experience working with D2C brands, startups, or consumer-focused businesses
- Existing college ambassador or influencer networks
- Familiarity with regional language content (Hindi or other languages)
- Experience building community-driven or culture-led brands
