We are looking for a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating on the adaptation of the global strategy and developing and implementing marketing strategies for Chilean market.
This position is based in Santiago, Chile and reports to Marketing Director
You will be travelling up to 15% of your time to our customer sites.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As Marketing Manager, you will:

  • A proven track record in strategizing and executing Market Business Plans, leveraging comprehensive market intelligence to identify and prioritize key categories for growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating closely with Key Account Management (KAM) teams to devise and implement customer-specific marketing initiatives aligned with the overall growth strategy.
  • Proficiency in providing strategic insights for new product requirements by discerning value chain needs in pivotal categories.
  • Extensive experience in managing promotional investment programs for assigned customers, exhibiting a clear understanding of budget allocation and ROI assessment.
  • As a consultant and business partner, participate in defining the business strategy and driving sustainable growth.
  • Industrial analysis to have a helicopter view, identify opportunities for customers and drive for growth.
  • Holistic suggestions to strategic customers, including branding strategy, omni-channel strategy and NPD directions.
  • Explore new business opportunities with no boundary. Get inspiration across categories and industries and apply to existing business
  • Industrial and value chain analysis to identify opportunities and gaps
  • Work as a partner to assist in branding, trade marketing and new product development.
  • Ensure strategic alignment with customers on category and product strategies
  • Assist customers to set strategies for their products in Tetra Pak cartons, processing and services, seeking alignment between Tetra Pak Initiatives/strategies and customers’ strategies
  • Identify market opportunities and convert into customers’ sales growth
  • Execute marketing activities with customers and implement marketing support investment plan
  • Play active role in specific customer requests / projects (Package design/Market research/Channel strategy/Target market identification/Product launch/ marketing planning for customers)

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related; additional studies (master's degree) will be highly valued
  • Fluent in English and native in Spanish
  • 3-5 years of experience as marketing manager or similar role
  • Sales experience is desirable or a combination of sales and marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Advanced skills in utilizing market intelligence, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration within a multinational context will be critical in identifying the ideal candidate for this position.
  • Good Knowledge of presentation skills.
