About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12‑month full‑time fixed‑term contract, based in Macquarie Park with a hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office). In this role, you will lead the development of the value strategy and associated major campaigns for each of our liquor retail brands. You’ll collaborate closely with media partners, print teams, suppliers, and creative agencies to deliver integrated campaigns that drive both digital engagement and in‑store shopper impact.

In this Role

  • Spearhead the development of our value brand strategy across all banners including Cellarbrations, The Bottle-O, IGA Liquor, and Porters, focusing on brand enhancement and value maximization.
  • Innovate and optimize shopper experiences through effective in-store and digital / loyalty executions across traditional and new channels.
  • Cultivate partnerships with key suppliers to deliver unparalleled shopper experiences both digitally and in-store.
  • Drive the strategy for campaigns with creative agencies, print, and media agencies as well as internal design teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Facilitate internal collaboration across departments and manage stakeholders, track campaign budgets, and oversee a team comprising a Campaign Manager.

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing roles specializing in campaign development and execution.
  • Demonstrated success in executing through-the-line retail marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in budget management and tracking.
  • Skilled in managing agency partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Prior experience in fast-paced retail environments, preferably within the liquor industry, with strong stakeholder management, communication, time management, and project management abilities, adaptable to dynamic work environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving team productivity and ability to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
