The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives that promote Fives Intralogistics Corp.’s products, services, and brand across key markets, including warehouse & distribution, parcel, postal, e-commerce, and baggage handling.
This role works closely with sales, service, product teams, and global Fives marketing groups to support marketing campaigns, digital engagement, trade shows, events, and internal communications. The Marketing Manager will help ensure brand consistency, develop compelling content, and support strategic marketing initiatives that increase awareness, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Support the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote Fives’ automation solutions and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify target markets, customer needs, and opportunities to expand brand awareness.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
Create, edit, and distribute marketing content, including articles, blogs, press releases, newsletters, case studies, and promotional materials.
Ensure all communications align with brand and style guidelines and maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
Assist with internal communication initiatives and company messaging.
Manage and update company website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Support the creation and publishing of social media content, particularly on LinkedIn, to increase engagement and brand visibility.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to help improve campaign effectiveness.
Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
Support booth logistics, promotional materials, and event marketing activities.
Attend select industry events and represent the company as part of the marketing team.
Maintain and support implementation of the Fives brand identity across marketing materials and digital platforms.
Assist in the creation of graphics, photography, and video content for marketing campaigns and company communications.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop marketing collateral.
Work closely with sales, service, product management, and leadership teams to support business development and customer engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with Fives global marketing teams to ensure alignment with corporate branding and communication strategies.
Assist with customer visits, internal events, and company initiatives as needed.
Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing performance and trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
Experience with website content management systems.
Experience with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design/video tools is preferred.
Photography and video editing experience is a plus.

This position requires approximately 15% travel, primarily for trade shows, industry events, and company meetings. Travel may include domestic and occasional international trips by airplane, car, or train. The candidate must be able to travel overnight and secure rental transportation when necessary.
