As the Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of the Marketing function, steering the Monarch Water brand to new heights. You will oversee the management, tracking, and analysis of performance against our budget. In this dynamic role, you will coordinate the daily activities of performance marketing campaigns in partnership with digital marketing agencies. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will craft compelling and engaging campaigns that align with our value plan. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and measuring all external marketing, branding, communications, and engagement initiatives.

Strategic Growth Leadership

  • Craft and implement a dynamic marketing and amplification strategy for Monarch that resonates with our Brand Purpose, Mission, and Values, all aimed at achieving our business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and the Center of Excellence team to roll out powerful marketing initiatives that boost brand penetration, enhance customer lifetime value, and foster enduring brand loyalty.
  • Steer omnichannel marketing and brand strategy with a strong focus on digital channels, effectively propelling Monarch’s growth initiatives and maximising brand reach.
  • Utilise insights from market trends, brand positioning, and competitive analysis to guide business strategies and enhance marketing effectiveness.

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Act as the "voice of the consumer," using data-driven insights to shape communication strategies, targeted campaigns, and consumer experiences.
  • Craft engaging narratives and messaging frameworks that resonate with a variety of target segments.
  • Ensure campaigns are in harmony with regional and local marketing requirements to achieve effective localisation and customisation.
  • Manage the marketing mix by merging paid, organic, and brand strategies with content creation for unified marketing campaigns that stimulate both immediate and sustainable growth.
  • Enhance the dealership customer experience by developing messaging that showcases product benefits and bolsters brand positioning.

Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing

  • Take the lead in our digital marketing initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, boost engagement, and ensure retention, all while fine-tuning loyalty strategies to maximise customer lifetime value.
  • Design and fine-tune paid search campaigns with a focus on maximising efficiency in keyword research, bidding tactics, and ad copy enhancement.
  • Direct our paid social strategy and execution on various social media platforms to amplify brand awareness, drive lead generation, and optimise conversions.
  • Deploy and continuously improve SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance digital visibility.
  • Leverage analytics tools (like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide insightful, actionable recommendations that shape our marketing strategies.
  • Implement traditional marketing tactics to ensure we reach all potential customers by engaging them through their preferred channels (such as targeted leaflets, events, etc.).

Leadership & Team Development

  • Inspire, guide, and nurture a dynamic marketing and growth team, promoting a friendly atmosphere of teamwork, creativity, and responsibility.
  • Work together with internal teams, external agencies, dealers, and stakeholders to ensure we’re all aligned and successfully executing our strategies.
