We are looking for a Marketing Manager for PNO Innovation Netherlands who will take ownership of marketing activities in the Dutch market, in close alignment with the Global Marketing team.
This role combines hands-on execution with strategic contribution You will not simply execute predefined tasks, but actively shape local marketing initiatives, challenge assumptions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of both local and European marketing strategies.
Your mission is to drive impactful, business-oriented marketing in the Dutch market while ensuring strong alignment with PNO Innovation’s international positioning, tools and processes. You will act as the local marketing reference, turning strategy into action and results.
Execute and locally adapt the global marketing strategy for the Netherlands.
Manage and develop local marketing channels (LinkedIn, website, email, events).
Create and publish local LinkedIn content aligned with global messaging.
Manage website content via WordPress and apply SEO best practices.
Run email campaigns, landing pages and lead capture activities via HubSpot.
Support employer branding and internal communication initiatives locally.
Coordinate closely with consultants, sales teams and the Global Marketing team.
Track performance, analyse results and propose continuous optimisations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in consulting or professional services.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (email, landing pages, lead management).
Strong experience with WordPress and solid SEO fundamentals.
Comfortable working within an international, multi-country organisation.
High level of autonomy and ownership; able to manage priorities independently.
Business- and conversion-oriented mindset.
Structured, collaborative and results-driven way of working.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
A gross monthly salary between €4,500 and €5,000, depending on experience.
