Company Background:

We are representing our well-known client in the property development industry, specializing in real estate projects, in their search for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join their growing team as a Marketing Manager. We are seeking a candidate with a strong strategic mindset and proven leadership skills, who is passionate about property marketing and experienced in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and project awareness.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis for all projects prior to official launch, including preparing briefings and presentations to management on key findings and insights.
• Perform comprehensive market research and maintain databases covering the property sector, demographics, economic indicators, and relevant industry developments.
• Carry out feasibility studies and competitive assessments to support strategic decision-making before sales launches.
• Develop, recommend, and execute effective pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and project positioning.
• Plan and implement integrated marketing strategies, programmes, and activities leading up to project launches.
• Manage the planning and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across relevant channels.
• Liaise with panel banks to structure and coordinate end-financing packages for purchasers.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a bachelors degree or higher in Marketing or relevant field.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing and measurement.
  
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• At least 6 years of working experience in property industry with minimum 3 years managerial experience is required for this position.
