Our client, a leading licensing agency, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Manager to drive global IP growth, manage partners and create impactful campaigns

Location HK Island

Working time Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary HKD 15 – 32K

Responsibilities:

• Develop overall IP marketing strategies
• Direct and manage partners in Mainland China, Korea, Southeast Asia, etc.
• Create, operate, and report on social media content
• Coordinate licensing expos and related events
• Measure marketing effectiveness and manage budgets
• Explore use of AI and systems for management efficiency
• Support supervision between rights holders and licensees (customers, manufacturers)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing licensing (e.g., licensing, advertising agency sales, toy/game company marketing, IP collaboration)
• Immediate contributor with strong expertise and strategic mindset
• Ability to design and execute strategies based on professional knowledge
• Skilled in managing region specific strategies and providing clear direction
• Native Cantonese speaker with business level Mandarin and English required
• Japanese daily conversation level
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship building skills
• Self motivated resilient and proactive with ability to work independently
