ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a newly created role to support our growing Marketing and Communications team.

We are looking for a hands-on, content-led Marketing Manager to support brand visibility, thought leadership, and demand generation for the UK market, working remotely from Brazil.

Our Global CMO produces a strong volume of high-quality content, providing a solid foundation for brand consistency. What we currently lack is a dedicated executional resource to activate this content for the UK market and to help develop original, UK-led thought leadership that supports sales conversations and inbound interest.

This role is delivery-focused and execution-heavy, with a strong emphasis on: Content creation and repurposing, Social (primarily LinkedIn) activation and Marketing calendar ownership.

Some activities such as Digital PR, awards, and events will be supported from a planning and coordination perspective, with execution handled locally by UK-based specialists where required.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Global Content Repurposing & UK Activation (Core Focus)

  • Repurpose global content into UK-relevant formats, including:
    - LinkedIn posts
    - Short articles and POV pieces
    - Sales-friendly snippets and talking points
  • Adapt tone, messaging, and examples to resonate with UK audiences, sectors, and buyer priorities
  • Translate global thought leadership into practical, UK-specific narratives and use cases
  • Identify high-performing global content to prioritise for UK activation
  • Maintain alignment with global brand guidelines while ensuring UK relevance and clarity

2. UK-Led Thought Leadership & Original Content (Core Focus)

  • Support the development and execution of UK-led thought leadership, aligned to commercial and sales priorities
  • Work closely with UK leadership and subject matter experts to:
    - Shape clear points of view
    - Capture insights and market commentary
    - Turn expertise into publishable content (articles, LinkedIn posts, commentary)
  • Create original UK-led content that supports:
    - Brand credibility and authority
    - Sales conversations and account-based engagement

3. Social & Channel Activation (Core Focus)

  • Own and manage the UK social content calendar, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
  • Balance:
    - Repurposed global content
    - Original UK-led thought leadership
  • Write, edit, and schedule posts using existing tools
  • Ensure content consistently supports:
    - Brand credibility
    - Thought leadership
    - Awareness and inbound interest

4. Brand & Messaging Support (UK)

  • Support the evolution of clear, consistent UK-facing messaging, aligned with global positioning
  • Translate value propositions into clear, locally relevant language for content and sales use
  • Flag gaps or misalignment between global positioning and UK market reality

5. Digital PR, Awards & Events (Supportive / Coordinative)

This role does not own execution of PR, awards, or events, but will:

  • Support Digital PR planning by:
    - Identifying commentary themes and content opportunities
    - Aligning PR moments into the marketing and social calendar
  • Support awards and industry recognition by:
    - Helping shape narratives and content inputs
    - Coordinating information and timelines with UK stakeholders
  • Support events and speaking opportunities by:
    - Helping scope and prioritise opportunities
    - Supporting promotion and post-event content
  • Execution of PR outreach, award submissions, and event logistics will be handled by UK-based teams or partners

6. Performance & Optimisation

  • Track performance across content and social activity
  • Use insights to refine topics, formats, and cadence
  • Provide simple, lightweight reporting to UK leadership and sales teams

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology, professional services, or agency environments
  • Strong English copywriting and editing skills
  • Experience repurposing long-form or global content into local, channel-specific assets
  • Experience creating or supporting thought leadership content with senior stakeholders
  • Confident managing LinkedIn as a primary B2B channel
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones (UK / US / Brazil)
  • Highly executional, organised, and delivery-focused
  • Comfortable working with collaboration and project tools, including:
    - Salesforce (or similar CRM)
    - Asana / Trello / Slack / Teams
  • Able to integrate into an existing global marketing ecosystem, while executing day-to-day activity independently

BONUS POINTS

  • Experience supporting Digital PR or content-led PR initiatives
  • Experience supporting award submissions or industry recognition
  • Light event or field marketing support experience
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Asana, Trello, Slack, or similar
