Marketing Manager

Lead Strategic Growth for a Purpose-Driven Architectural Brand

The Role: Marketing Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role with both strategic and operational responsibilities. As Marketing Manager, you will drive all marketing efforts to build brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and position the business as the trusted choice for homeowners and franchise prospects. You'll lead and execute data-driven, multi-channel campaigns and work closely with the leadership team to align marketing with growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a results-driven marketing strategy
  • Lead multi-channel lead generation including PPC, SEO, social, partnerships, email, and content
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms while driving innovation
  • Collaborate with directors to align marketing with commercial priorities
  • Track performance metrics (leads, CPL, SEO, email engagement, etc.) and iterate accordingly
  • Support localised marketing efforts to boost franchise growth
  • Optimise digital performance and conversion through website and campaign improvements

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role
  • Proven success in delivering growth through multi-channel campaigns (PPC, SEO, content)
  • Experience in property, lifestyle, or professional services sectors preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive decisions
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Highly proactive, self-starting, and comfortable in a small, ambitious team
  • Deep empathy for the customer journey and conversion process
  • Growth-minded, accountable, and driven by meaningful work
