About the Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's marketing strategies and spearheading campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and drive brand awareness through various channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to create integrated marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Prepare and present reports on marketing efforts and ROI to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
