The Marketing Manager is a visionary who will help shape and execute the company’s brand, growth, and customer engagement strategies. This role goes beyond managing day-to-day marketing activities—it requires a blend of foresight, creative innovation, and analytical rigor to drive sustainable business growth
Conducting market and competitor research, identifying target audiences and consumer trends, and using data analytics to inform decisions and measure campaign effectiveness
Define and own the company’s marketing vision, positioning, and long-term strategy
Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and revenue goals
Build and protect the company’s brand identity across all channels
Ensure consistent messaging, tone and visual representation
Lead digital content and performance marketing strategies
Expand market share through innovative customer acquisition and retention programs
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats
Report results to executive leadership with transparency and clarity
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
Building and maintaining brand awareness and positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms
Working closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, finance, and operations, to ensure cohesive strategies and meet company-wide goals.
Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events, print)
Track KPI’s and ROI for campaigns, providing regular performance reports
Staying updated on market trends and competitor strategies, conducting market research, and gathering insights to inform marketing decisions and stay ahead in the industry
Conceptualizing and implementing marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives
Designing, planning, and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the marketing strategy, and establishing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
This position has direct reports.
Work may be performed in a well-lit indoor office, production setting, outdoor/indoor shop environment, or enclosed vehicle with adequate ventilation and protection from extreme weather conditions.
Sedentary physical activity involving non-strenuous administrative tasks. Manual dexterity sufficient to work with the fingers.
This is a full-time, in-office position. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime may be required. AMPORTS supports a hybrid schedule with the ability to work from home one day per week, subject to supervisor approval.
Moderate overnight travel (15%–30%) by land and/or air.
Must be able to obtain a TWIC badge (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
