We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team!

The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in the timely and successful execution of the group’s event, media and subscription strategies for NYU.

Questex Hospitality & Operational Real Estate opens doors and expands opportunities for an entire world of qualified hospitality owners, operators, suppliers and industry professionals eager to do business. As our Marketing Manager you’ll support Questex’s success by:

  • Executing on messaging/marketing for audience conversion with support from the Senior Marketing Manager (copywriting, email marketing, website UX, third party associations/barters/media brands, advocacy marketing, PR, etc.)
  • Working with the internal design team to ensure all marketing communications on all platforms are in alignment with brand positioning.
  • Working with the COE (Center of Excellence) performance marketing team to achieve best practice marketing.
  • Producing data analysis of marketing campaigns for strategic growth of events, conferences and award programs, including benchmarking for attendees and revenues.
  • Working with the Senior Marketing Manager on campaign schedules and plans, including collaborating with content and production to align campaign milestones.
  • Working with the sales team by providing appropriate tools, materials and presentations that help them to meet their sales objectives, including supporting the sales team with projects/programs/sponsorships/email campaigns.
  • Aiding sales retention and audience engagement through supporting the fulfilment of sponsor contracts.
  • Traveling and attending events and/or meetings required.

What we will love about your background:

  • Proven project management and excellent time management skills are required.
  • Quick leaner of new technologies, tools and processes with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment, while managing numerous projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Preferred experience in HTML, Adobe Photoshop and with marketing automation software or email service providers.
  • Strong knowledge of the entre Microsoft Office Suite (specifically excel)

Your Experience and Education include:             

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B events/media marketing experience. Event and/or entertainment technology experience strongly preferred.
