Veolia ANZ is entering a transformational year—and we need a strategic Marketing Manager to help us get there.
This isn't your typical marketing role. Over the next 12 months, you'll spearhead our brand repositioning, revolutionise how we engage with customers, and cement Veolia's position as the undisputed leader in environmental services across Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Digital Experience, you'll lead brand consolidation across multiple acquisitions, transform our customer communications strategy, and drive measurable business growth through meaningful engagement.
Reimagine customer engagement – Develop and implement strategies that deepen relationships and drive loyalty across our Water, Waste, Energy and Industrial Services
Drive strategic communications – Create compelling campaigns that resonate with B2B audiences and position Veolia as a thought leader
Partner for growth – Work closely with Sales to improve conversion, execute cross-sell campaigns, and build strategic partnerships
Elevate our digital presence – Optimise our digital marketing with data-driven strategies and performance frameworks
Lead with impact – Manage a Marketing Advisor and facilitate quarterly workshops with business leaders
5+ years in strategic B2B marketing with proven results in customer engagement and brand management
Strong track record in developing customer communication strategies that drive business outcomes
Experience with marketing automation, performance analytics, and digital channels
Natural collaborator who can influence senior stakeholders and manage complex projects
Degree in Marketing or related discipline
Bonus points for experience in brand consolidation, environmental services, utilities, or industrial sectors.
