About the Job:
Our client is a leading real estate investment group in Cambodia as a Marketing and Leasing Director. In this high-impact role reporting to the CEO, you'll lead strategy and execution for marketing and leasing initiatives, oversee tenant engagement, and manage a dynamic team across multiple residential and retail developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead integrated marketing and leasing strategies to drive business growth.
• Oversee retail leasing operations to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels.
• Direct the development of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing and leasing team.

Key Requirements:

• 
  Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial or retail leasing, business development, event marketing, and both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Good understanding of CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both English and Khmer.
