About the Company:
Lenskart is one of India’s largest omnichannel eyewear retailers, founded in 2008 and headquartered in Gurugram. The company follows a vertically integrated model—designing, manufacturing, and retailing eyewear across its website, mobile app, and 2,000+ stores globally. It serves customers across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, offering products such as prescription glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses.

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Marketing Leader to drive brand strategy, Digital marketing, and consumer engagement at scale. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and scaling a D2C brand, preferably in the consumer tech and retail space, and leading large marketing initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for fueling topline growth, brand equity, and customer acquisition through data-driven and creative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Growth: Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish the company as the leading eyewear brand in India.

D2C & Consumer Tech Expertise: Drive customer acquisition and engagement through innovative D2C strategies and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.

Topline Growth: Directly contribute to revenue growth through targeted marketing efforts and drive shared responsibility for revenue growth through innovative and efficient marketing strategies.

Digital Marketing: Oversee digital performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and other key platforms while closely collaborating with the internal Digital Marketing team.

ATL & Brand Building: Plan and execute large-scale ATL campaigns (TV, Print, OOH, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and equity.

Social & Community Marketing:

  • Lead social strategy and content across platforms aligned to brand and growth goals

  • Scale influencer partnerships and drive culturally relevant, real-time engagement

  • Build communities and integrate paid + organic social to maximize reach and conversions

Tactical Execution: Lead social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to drive marketing efficiency, optimize ROI, and enhance customer experience.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 10-15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role within a D2C or consumer tech brand.

Proven Track Record: Successfully scaled a brand, managed large marketing budgets, and contributed to topline growth.

Tech-Savvy & Data-Oriented: Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of digital marketing, automation, and consumer insights.

Digital & Brand Marketing Balance: Hands-on experience with both ATL and digital marketing strategies.

Leadership & Maturity: Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team of experienced marketing professionals.

Consumer-Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding consumer needs and creating engaging brand experiences.
