Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with overarching goals and objectives. Utilize performance data to refine and optimize campaigns across platforms, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and stay ahead of trends.
• Establish and manage efficient social team workflows to support strategic outputs across campaigns.
• Plan, manage, and execute social media campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring timely delivery within budget and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all assets are aligned with strategy and meet brand standards.
• Work with internal teams, including growth and community teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
• Engage with influencers and partners in the Web3 space. Support community managers in leveraging networks to enhance engagement.
• Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports highlighting ROI and key metrics, and refine strategies accordingly.
• Serve as the main contact for social media strategy, fostering strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
• Create systems for streamlined management of social media accounts, including scheduling, posting, and engagement.

Key Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in social media management with Web3 projects
• Proficiency in managing social platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch (experience with Farcaster and Lens is preferred).
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working across growth, community, and creative teams.
• Expertise in influencer engagement and community management.
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience with social media analytics and campaign management tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
