Job Title: Marketing Lead - Project

Location: Great Yarmouth Campus

Hours: 20 Hours - 0.54 FTE

Contract: Fixed Term Till October 2027

Salary: Band G (£26,114.55 - £27,713.40 FTE)

The Marketing Lead will be responsible for leading and delivering the marketing, communications and community engagement strategy for the redevelopment of East Coast College's Great Yarmouth Campus.

This role combines strategic marketing, content creation, stakeholder engagement, community outreach and learner recruitment to promote and support the redevelopment of East Coast College's Great Yarmouth Campus and maximise its impact across the region.

Key needs from you and the role;

• Developing and delivering marketing campaigns that promote the campus redevelopment and build awareness among prospective students, employers, stakeholders and the wider community.
• Managing social media channels and creating engaging content, including photography, video and digital communications.
• Using marketing data and insights to evaluate campaign performance and inform future strategy.
• Organising and delivering community engagement activities, working with schools, employers, local groups and key stakeholders to showcase the project and its benefits.
• Planning and supporting events, outreach programmes, site updates and public engagement initiatives to generate interest and support for the new campus.
• Supporting student recruitment activities, school liaison work and college events.
• Delivering presentations, coordinating outreach activities and representing the college at both daytime and evening events.
