As a Marketing Lead you will work closely with seasoned professionals, collaborating directly with our leadership team to scale our business and increase our brand visibility. If you’re passionate about digital B2B marketing and the energy transition, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Mandatory Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role – ideally in tech or energy industries.
You bring a good sense of design, messaging, and storytelling – and enjoy shaping content that’s both visually appealing and aligned with strategy.
You understand what makes good B2B content work and are comfortable helping to create and coordinate formats like blog posts, LinkedIn content, or case studies.
You are passionate about making a meaningful impact on the energy transition and eager to contribute to our mission at Flexa.
You take ownership of your work end to end and consistently deliver results- You are oganised, focused, and able to stay clear-headed in fast-paced environments.
You are a direct, empathetic, and professional communicator with strong interpersonal skill

I'm Fabian, the Co-CEO at Flexa. My passion for the energy transition began early, during my first internship at a wind farm contractor when I was just 16. Watching those massive turbines rise from the ground was a moment of awe that still resonates with me. After starting a few of my own ventures and completing my studies in Finance, I transitioned into the consulting industry, where I eagerly immersed myself in energy projects. From that point on, I was hooked.
Building Flexa is both a tremendous motivator and a significant responsibility for me. It’s an incredible opportunity to work on some of the most complex and critical challenges our society faces today, alongside a team of exceptionally talented individuals.
