You would be joining at the most exciting possible moment. The category is being defined right now, we have two fronts to scale in parallel (AIVM as the infrastructure company and Brain as the product already in customers' hands), and you'll be at the center of both.

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Lead to work directly alongside our CMO. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can think in strategy and execute in reality: one day you're building a go-to-market plan, the next you're shipping short-form content, spinning up a growth experiment, or setting up an AI automation to make the whole team faster.

You'll help drive marketing across two fronts at once: scaling AIVM, the infrastructure company, and running full-cycle growth for our consumer-facing AI products across B2B and B2C. That means you're equally comfortable with technical, developer-led infrastructure marketing and consumer-grade product growth.

You are deeply creative, deeply online, and deeply AI-native. You understand both Web3 and Web2 tech culture, you know what's trending across platforms before it peaks, and you instinctively reach for AI tools to move faster. If you're the type of marketer who's already automating half your own workflow and can't stop noticing what makes launch videos, UGC, and short-form content actually work, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with the CMO, assisting day-to-day across the full spread of marketing activities and owning execution end-to-end.
• Plan and ship social content across our channels, matching the pace and culture of each platform (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more).
• Drive go-to-market execution for both AIVM and our consumer AI products: turn strategy into concrete, sequenced launch and growth plans and then make them happen.
• Develop creative marketing strategies and campaign concepts that cut through a noisy AI and crypto landscape.
• Design and run growth campaigns and growth plans, from experiment design through to measurement and iteration.
• Track the market and emerging trends closely and surface the most relevant ones to the teamt, turning cultural moments into content and campaign opportunities.
• Produce and direct short-form content: launch videos, UGC-style content, and platform-native video for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.
• Run full-cycle go-to-market and growth for our consumer AI products across B2B and B2C, from top-of-funnel awareness through activation, retention, and referral.
• Set up AI automations and AI-native workflows that improve how the whole marketing team operates.
• Support the broader marketing engine across SEO, PR, growth hacking, YouTube, and more.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• A strong, well-rounded marketer with real depth across multiple domains: go-to-market, growth, content, social, SEO, and PR. You don't need to be the world's best at all of them, but you should be genuinely capable across the board and sharp in several.
• A creative mind who generates ideas, campaigns, and hooks, and who can also execute them without waiting to be told how.
• Fluency in both Web3 and Web2 tech culture. You understand crypto-native audiences and you understand mainstream tech culture, and you can speak to each without missing a beat.
• Deep platform knowledge across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube (including Shorts), with a real feel for what performs on each.
• A clear grasp of current content formats and trends: launch videos, UGC-style content, and short-form video, and why they work.
• AI-native to the core. You use AI tools daily, you know how to set up AI automations to improve workflows, and you're always looking for the next tool that makes you faster.
• A solid understanding of go-to-market motions, ideally including developer-led and self-serve funnels.
• Experience with, or a strong appetite for, scaling consumer products, especially AI consumer products, across the full growth cycle for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• A builder's bias toward action: you'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than wait for perfect.

• You've helped take a consumer AI product to market and grow it.
• Worked in web3/ crypto industry.
• You have hands-on experience with growth hacking tactics and can point to experiments you've run and scaled.
• You've built AI agents or automations that replaced manual marketing work.
• You have a track record in short-form video, either producing it yourself or directing creators.
• You've worked in or around crypto / Web3 and understand the culture from the inside.
• You have working knowledge of SEO and GEO / AI-search visibility (getting cited by LLMs and AI answer engines).
• You've owned PR or earned-media motions.
• You have a personal build-in-public presence or an audience of your own.

1. Employment Compliance and Confidentiality:

All employees will be onboarded through our official payroll and HR provider, which manages employment documentation, tax withholdings, and compliance with legal requirements based on the employee’s country of residence. As part of the onboarding process, each new hire is required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), execute an employment contract, and fulfill any additional legal requirements specific to your jurisdiction. 2. Employment Structure:
1. The position is offered on either an employee or contractor basis, depending on the location and role. Individuals will receive payment via direct deposit on a monthly basis. 1. Salaries are paid in fiat currency via direct deposit on a monthly schedule, with payments issued on the first business day of each month. This structure ensures timely and transparent compensation aligned with local financial systems.

1. All new employees will undergo a 90-day probationary period, which serves as a mutual evaluation phase. During this time, both the employee and ChainGPT can assess fit, performance, and long-term alignment with the role and company.
