This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Lead based in Brazil.

This is a high-ownership leadership opportunity within a fast-growing digital marketing environment serving a diverse portfolio of clients.

You will lead a team of marketing specialists while acting as a strategic partner to clients across B2B, B2C, e-commerce, and SaaS.

The role combines people leadership, client consulting, campaign strategy, and hands-on digital marketing expertise.

You will oversee how paid media and outbound channels work together to drive measurable customer acquisition and business growth.

Working closely with the CEO, you will have significant autonomy to make strategic decisions and shape the marketing operation.

Success requires both the ability to lead at a strategic level and the technical confidence to step into execution when needed.
