About the Role

We position ourselves as end-to-end compliance infrastructure for fintechs and financial institutions across digital assets. This hire owns how that story lands. It is a full stack marketing role covering demand generation and narrative/brand, explicitly aimed at acquiring new customers. Success is measured on leads and brand awareness. Reports to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the entire marketing function end to end: strategy, processes, and hands-on execution

- Build metrics-driven systems to measure marketing performance and drive lead generation

- Create content, campaigns, and a content calendar; produce blog posts, research pieces, and keynotes

- Plan regular private company events and coordinate joint partner events, podcasts, and co-marketing

- Design one-pagers, decks, and demos supporting GTM and sales

- Craft the narrative across digital-asset-native, traditional finance, and fintech audiences; own website content and copy

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and execution of marketing

- End-to-end ownership of a marketing/comms function; a generalist, not a single-channel specialist

- Experience translating complex technical products into clear, compelling messaging

- Strong written skills and storytelling capability

- Metrics-oriented with real demand-gen/lead-generation experience (success here is measured on leads)

Bonus Skills

- Fintech, compliance, or crypto/digital-assets domain exposure

- Hands-on events experience (private events are a recurring responsibility)
