We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Lead to drive high-impact marketing initiatives for a premium/luxury-focused business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of performance marketing expertise, luxury consumer understanding, campaign execution capability, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires someone who can build brand visibility while simultaneously delivering measurable business growth through digital and offline marketing channels.
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing advertising strategies, optimizing customer acquisition efforts, and enhancing market positioning within the luxury segment. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of consumer behavior, premium brand communication, and modern performance marketing ecosystems.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives and luxury market positioning.
- Lead performance marketing initiatives across digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, display networks, and other paid acquisition channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI-focused marketing campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end advertising campaigns including budgeting, audience targeting, media planning, creative coordination, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Build and scale high-performing campaigns with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, engagement metrics, and revenue impact.
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and leadership teams to create compelling campaigns tailored for premium and luxury audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Develop strategies for market expansion, audience segmentation, and customer retention.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, communication quality, and premium customer experience across all marketing touchpoints.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving luxury consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, influencers, and vendors for campaign execution and brand visibility initiatives.
- Support brand-building activities including product launches, events, partnerships, and experiential marketing initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:
- Strong expertise in Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Digital Advertising and Paid Campaigns
- Proven success in Marketing strategy and execution
- Experience working with Luxury or Premium brands/segments
- Deep understanding of Ads platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display advertising
- Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Brand Marketing and positioning expertise
- Experience in luxury consumer engagement and storytelling
- Exposure to influencer marketing and premium event campaigns
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 8–12 years of experience in marketing with significant exposure to performance-driven campaigns.
- Prior experience in luxury, premium retail, hospitality, fashion, real estate, lifestyle, or high-end consumer businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and customer journey optimization.
- Ability to balance brand aesthetics with performance-oriented execution.
- Data-driven mindset with strong business acumen and commercial understanding.
- Proven experience in managing large marketing budgets and scaling campaigns effectively.
