As their first dedicated marketing hire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their marketing strategy and establishing a strong market presence. What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy, crafting messaging and executing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Develop and scale the company's presence at key industry conferences to generate high-quality leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Create and manage diverse content formats, including website copy, case studies, blog posts, and LinkedIn updates.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive pipeline growth through effective demand generation and compelling sales materials.
• Experiment with and optimize new online acquisition channels, leveraging SEO and targeted ad campaigns to drive user engagement.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4–8 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong emphasis on B2B strategies.
• Proven expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns and optimizing for performance.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
• Experience working in a startup environment, showcasing adaptability and resourcefulness.

Preferred

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools to enhance online visibility.
• Experience in event marketing and managing logistics for conferences and trade shows.
• Background in collaborating with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Compensation and Benefits
